October 2011: Keystone will open Vilnius office
Keystone is pleased to announce the opening of Vilnius office in October 2011. This is an important milestone in our development as we have now established presence in all three Baltic countries. Lithuanian team will provide corporate finance advisory services to the local entrepreneurs as well as to foreign firms that are looking to invest into Lithuania.
Vilnius office will be managed by a partner Karolis Rūkas. Before joining Keystone, Karolis for six years worked as Head of Corporate Finance at Lithuanian investment banking group Orion Securities. During his career he managed over 20 M&A and capital raising projects worth EUR 150 million. He also serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Council at OMX Baltic Benchmark Fund.
According to Tõnis Kons, partner at Keystone Advisers Group, “in the past we have seen active interest from our international clients regarding the Lithuanian market and we are now pleased to have a coverage of all Baltic markets. That will strenghten our position and help to deliver high quality service on pan Baltic level”.
Karolis Rūkas, Partner in Vilnius, says that “Lithuanian market is still quite underdeveloped for quality financial advisory services and we are looking to fill this gap. Also, with our group support in Sweden, Estonia and Latvia we are able to offer our clients new possibilities in selling their business or targeting new acquisitions”.
