New transaction: Sale of TSS

LK Finans and SEB Venture Capital have jointly acquired Temperature Sensitive Solutions Systems Sweden AB (“TSS”) from the company’s founder, Michael Thelvén.

TSS is a leading provider of products and services for temperature measuring and control of temperature sensitive pharmaceuticals during and after transport. LK Finans is part of the Lagerstedt & Krantz group, active within production of products and services in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), maritime and process industries. SEB Venture Capital is the venture capital arm of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken.
