Process experience and capital market expertise
Our primary service is to help managers of private equity funds, real estate funds and other alternative investment funds raise private capital from institutional investors across Europe. We act as placement agent leading the process from preparations through investor contacts and closing of the funds.
We also help limited partners to achieve liquidity of their fund interests in the secondary market. The secondary market has emerged rapidly in the last couple of years, making it possible for limited partners to actively manage their exposure towards private equity and other alternative investment funds. Keystone has an extensive network among limited partners and buyers of secondary interests, and can act either on the sell-side or buy-side in such transactions.
Keystone also takes active part in the consolidation and restructuring of the private equity industry, acting as corporate finance advisors in such transactions.
