Per-Erik is a partner at Keystone Advisers. Since the start of the firm in February 2000, he has managed a number of capital raisings as well as divestiture processes.
Prior to Keystone Advisers, Per-Erik worked for Maizels, Westerberg & Co. in London, where he was responsible for pre-IPO financial advisory. Before joining Maizels, Westerberg & Co., Per-Erik worked at UBS Warburg with corporate finance and M&A advisory, initially in London, and thereafter in its Global Telecoms team in New York. He has also held a position as assistant Technical Attaché in San Fransisco, focusing on venture capital.
Per-Erik holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology and a B.S. in Financial Economics from Gothenburg School of Economics.
