Per-Erik Atterwall
	Partner Per-Erik has been responsible for various financing arrangements and international trade sale processes since the founding of Keystone Advisers. An experienced investment banker, Per-Erik has previously worked in London and New York.

	Jonus Bartholdson
	Partner Since the start of Keystone Advisers, Jonus has been responsible for fund raisings, capital raising projects and buy-side mandates across Europe. Jonus has gained entrepreneurial and corporate management experience from one of Sweden’s oldest IT firms.

	Emma Bergendorff
	Administration Emma joined Keystone Advisers in 2007 with responsibility for reception and office management.

	Anders Boajé
	Partner Anders has been responsible for capital raising projects as well as buy- and sell-side mandates of industrial acquisitions. Anders formerly worked with a large, international management consulting firm focused on corporate strategy and LBO transactions.

	Oscar Claeson
	Analyst Oscar joined Keystone in August 2007. He has a MSc. in Finance from Stockholm School of Economics.

	Carl-Axel Eklund
	Analyst Carl-Axel joined Keystone in February 2006. He has a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers and a B.Sc. in Economics from HHGS.

	Lauris Gravelis
	Analyst Prior to joining Keystone in 2008, Lauris worked as a financial analyst at Lattelecom, the leading fixed telephony and broadband company of Latvia. Lauris has a BSc from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.

	Stanislav Gutkevitsh
	Analyst Stanislav joined Keystone Advisers in 2006. Prior to Keystone he worked as a corporate client manager in Hansabank.

	Jonas Hagströmer
	Analyst Jonas joined Keystone in 2007. He has a MSc. in Business Administration from Lund University as well as financial studies from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

	Ann Hannula
	Analyst Ann joined Keystone in the end of 2007. Previously she worked as a financial consultant and studied Business Administration and Corporate Finance at Tallinn University of Technology.

	Lotta Hedman
	CFO Lotta joined Keystone in February 2007 as CFO of the company. She has many years of experience from business controlling at listed companies within the IT-sector, but also from working at an audit firm.

	Olena Iaroshchuk
	Analyst Olena joined Keystone in 2008. SShe has a B. Sc. in finance from National University of Ostroh Academy as well as M. Sc. in economics from National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (EERC).

	Tõnis Kons
	Partner Before joining Keystone as a Partner in 2006, Tõnis worked as a member of a supervisory and management boards of many commercial enterprises. He was one of the founders of Res Publica Party and the Secretary-General in 2001-2003.

	Tarmo Laanetu
	Partner Before joining Keystone as a Partner in 2006, Tarmo worked as a CEO of Magnum Group for 7 years and he was responsible for the privatisation of several companies and also for the development of Magnum Medical to be the leading wholesaler of medical products in Estonia.

	Erik Landén
	Associate Erik joined Keystone in August 2005. He has a MSc. in Economics from Stockholm School of Economics as well as a Financial degree from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

	Desiree Markstedt
	Administration Desiree joined Keystone Advisers in 2004 with responsibility for reception and office management.

	Kaspars Pīlādzis
	Analyst Kaspars joined Keystone Advisers in 2008. Prior to Keystone, he worked as a senior consultant in Ernst & Young Baltic. Kaspars has a bachelor degree in International Business Administration from International University Concordia Audentes.

	Nils-Petter Palmefors
	Analyst Nils-Petter joined Keystone in 2007. He has a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Royal Institute of Technology. He also has a B.Sc. in Business Administration Lund University.

	Per Polland
	Analyst Per joined Keystone in 2006. He has a B.Sc. in Investment, Finance and Risk management from the Cass Business School in London.

	Stella Sarapuu
	Analyst Stella joined Keystone in 2006. She has a B.Sc in mathematical statistics from University of Tartu and has also studied economics.

	Andreas Stenbäck
	Associate director Andreas joined Keystone Advisers as an Analyst in 2004. He holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Royal Institute of Technology and a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Economics from Stockholm University.

	Katri Suurmann
	Administration Katri joined Keystone in 2006. Previously she has worked in different international medical companies for 11 years as manager's assistant, accountant and office manager. Katri has BA in Business Administration from University of Tartu

	Daniel Thoresson
	Associate Daniel joined Keystone Advisers in 2005. He has a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology and a M.Sc. in Economics from Gothenburg School of Economics.

	Tobias Wikström
	Partner Tobias has been responsible for a number of financing arrangements and divestitures since the founding of Keystone Advisers. Tobias previously worked for several years within investment banking in London and Frankfurt.

	Kristjan Vilosius
	Associate Kristjan joined Keystone in 2006 and previously he worked as a financial analyst of Tallink Grupp. He has a B.Sc in Finance and Accounting from the University of Tartu.
