Normally, we take on the role as project managers for the whole transaction process, adding critical expertise and contacts as well as leveraging the workload for the company and its owners.

In order to align the interests of our clients with our own, we are reimbursed mainly according to the outcome of the transaction. We are prepared to risk a substantial part of our fee on the success of the transaction and the satisfaction of our clients.
