Before joining Keystone as a Partner in 2006, Tarmo worked as a CEO of Magnum Group for 7 years and he was responsible for the privatisation of several companies (Tartu Beer Factory, Silmet Group, Tallinn Pharmacy Factory etc.) and also for the development of Magnum Medical to be the leading wholesaler of medical products in Estonia. Tarmo is also a founding partner of Omex Consulting. Tarmo has graduated from the University of Tartu as a lawyer. He has also studied in the Faculty of International Business in EBS and at Wharton Business School in USA.
